Industrial hoses and assemblies supplied from Dubai
We hold rubber, PVC and wire-braided hose for water, air, fuel, chemical, suction and hydraulic service from 1/4” through 6”, and we crimp assemblies to length with the fittings you need.
Hose is the one line item where the failure mode is genuinely dangerous. A wrong-specification hydraulic hose does not weep — it bursts, at pressure, usually near somebody’s hands. So the specification matters more here than the price.
Hydraulic hose and assemblies
1SN single wire braid to EN 853 for lower pressure work. 2SN double wire braid, the general hydraulics workhorse. 4SP four-spiral to EN 856 for high pressure and high impulse duty on excavators, cranes and heavy plant.
Assemblies are cut and crimped while you wait. Bring the failed hose in if you can — it is faster and more reliable than describing it. If not, we need the hose size, the length between the sealing faces of the two fittings, and both end fittings with thread form and, for elbow ends, their orientation relative to one another.
Industrial hose
Water and delivery hose in rubber and PVC to 6”. Air hose, textile reinforced, for compressor and tool lines. Fuel and oil hose with a nitrile liner to EN 1761 — and not general-purpose rubber, which degrades internally on hydrocarbons and fails with no external warning. Suction hose with a wire helix, rated for full vacuum so it will not collapse on a pump suction.
Clamps and connectors
Stainless 304 and 316 worm-drive clamps to DIN 3017 in W4 and W5 grades from 8mm to 160mm, plus camlock couplings, hose tails and Storz connectors, so an assembly leaves complete rather than in parts.

- Do you make up hydraulic hose assemblies?
- Yes. Hose is cut and fittings crimped to your length while you wait, in 1SN, 2SN and 4SP. Bring the old assembly or give us the hose size, the length between fitting centres, and both end fittings with their thread form and angle.
- What is the difference between 1SN, 2SN and 4SP hose?
- They are reinforcement constructions and therefore pressure ratings. 1SN is single wire braid for lower pressure, 2SN is double wire braid for general hydraulics, and 4SP is four-spiral for high pressure and high impulse duty on heavy equipment.
- How do I measure a hydraulic hose for replacement?
- Measure between the sealing faces of the two end fittings, not the overall length including the fittings, and note the orientation of any elbow ends relative to each other. Bringing the failed assembly in is the most reliable method.
- Which hose should I use for fuel?
- A nitrile-lined fuel hose to EN 1761. Standard water or general-purpose rubber hose will degrade internally on hydrocarbons and fail without visible warning from the outside, which is what makes the wrong hose dangerous rather than merely wrong.
- Do you supply suction hose that will not collapse?
- Yes. Wire-helix reinforced suction hose in PVC and rubber from 1" to 6" is held for pump suction and dewatering, rated for full vacuum so it will not collapse on the suction side.
