MS flanges supplied from stock in Dubai
As an MS flanges supplier in Dubai we hold mild steel and carbon steel flanges in ASTM A105 across weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, lap joint and plate patterns, from 1/2” through 48” and from Class 150 to Class 2500.
Mild steel is the default for general process, structural and utility piping where the medium is not corrosive and the budget matters. Where the line is carrying anything aggressive, or the installation is coastal and exposed, see our stainless steel flanges instead — we keep the two ranges separate precisely so you are not paying stainless prices for a carbon steel duty.
Materials, grades and standards
Carbon steel flanges are forged to ASTM A105 and dimensioned to ASME B16.5 up to 24”, with ASME B16.47 Series A and B above that. For DIN and BS specified work we hold plate and slip-on plate flanges to DIN 2576 and BS 4504 in PN 10 and PN 16, galvanised where the job requires it.
Classes and facings
Class 150, 300 and 600 are held across the common sizes, with Class 900 through 2500 available on weld neck and blind. Raised face is standard. Flat face is stocked for mating to cast iron or plastic flanges, where a raised face concentrates the load and cracks the softer component.
Weld neck flanges are bored to suit the pipe schedule, so we need the schedule as well as the class before we can pick the right one off the shelf.
Who buys MS flanges from us
MEP contractors running chilled water and fire mains. Fabrication workshops making up spools to drawing. Oil and gas maintenance teams pulling shutdown releases. Facilities teams replacing a failed joint the same afternoon.
Why buy from Fakhri Tools
Flanges, gaskets and stud bolts from one counter, matched for class and facing. Real stock on the floor across the common sizes rather than a catalogue and a three-week wait. Certification confirmed before you order where the job needs it.
What to specify when requesting a quote
Nominal size, pressure class, flange type, facing — raised or flat — and the pipe schedule if you are ordering weld neck. Add the quantity per line and whether you need gaskets and bolts to match, and we will quote the set.
Common Questions
MS Flanges — frequently asked
- Do you stock ASTM A105 flanges in Class 300?
- Yes. A105 weld neck, slip-on and blind flanges are held in Class 150, 300 and 600 as standard, with Class 900 to 2500 available on the larger weld neck and blind sizes. Give us the size, class and facing and we will confirm from stock.
- What is the difference between a raised face and a flat face flange?
- A raised face concentrates the gasket load on a smaller area and is the standard for most steel piping. A flat face is used where the mating component is cast iron or a plastic flange that would crack under the concentrated load. Tell us what you are bolting to and we will confirm the right facing.
- Are your MS flanges available galvanised?
- Plate and slip-on plate flanges are held hot-dip galvanised to BS 4504 in the common PN 10 and PN 16 sizes, which is what most firefighting and chilled water work calls for. Forged A105 flanges can be sent for galvanising on request.
- Do you stock flanges above 24 inch?
- Weld neck and blind flanges are available from 26" to 48" to ASME B16.47 Series A and B. Larger sizes are usually held to order rather than on the shelf, so allow a lead time and we will confirm it up front.
- Can you supply matching gaskets and stud bolts?
- Yes. Flanges, gaskets and stud bolts are a single procurement item in practice, so we quote them together in the matching class and facing rather than leaving you to chase three suppliers.
