Stainless steel flanges supplied from stock in the UAE

As a stainless steel flanges supplier in Dubai we hold ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L flanges in weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded and plate patterns, from 1/2” through 24” and from Class 150 to Class 600.

Stainless is specified for a reason — a corrosive medium, a hygienic process, or the simple fact that the UAE coastline eats carbon steel. We hold it as a separate range from our MS flanges so that the grade you are quoted is the grade you asked for, with no substitution and no ambiguity on the paperwork.

Grades: 304, 316 and the L variants

F304 is the general-purpose austenitic grade and suits most indoor and non-chloride duty. F316 adds molybdenum and resists chlorides far better, which is why it is the working default for anything near the coast or carrying seawater, brine or many process chemicals.

The L variants — F304L and F316L — are low carbon. They reduce carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone when the flange is welded, which preserves corrosion resistance at exactly the point where a joint is most vulnerable. If the flange is being welded into a corrosive line, specify the L grade.

Duplex F51 (2205) is held in the smaller sizes for offshore and desalination work where both strength and chloride resistance are required.

Classes, facings and dimensions

Class 150, 300 and 600 are held across the common sizes to ASME B16.5, with raised face as standard. DIN 2576 and BS 4504 plate flanges are stocked in PN 10 and PN 16 for European-specified work, and JIS B2220 is available to order.

Who buys stainless flanges from us

Desalination and water treatment contractors. Food, beverage and pharmaceutical fit-out teams. Marine and offshore maintenance crews. Chemical plant operators replacing a corroded joint under time pressure.

Why buy from Fakhri Tools

Real stainless stock, grade-marked and traceable, with certification confirmed before you commit. Matching spiral wound gaskets and A193 B8/B8M stud bolts quoted on the same line so the joint arrives complete. Same-day collection from the counter.

What to specify when requesting a quote

Nominal size, pressure class, flange type, facing, and the exact grade — F304, F304L, F316, F316L or duplex. Tell us the pipe schedule for weld neck, the quantity per line, and whether you need mill certificates.

Common Questions

Stainless Steel Flanges — frequently asked

What is the difference between F304 and F316 flanges?
F316 contains molybdenum, which gives it markedly better resistance to chlorides — seawater, coastal humidity and many process chemicals. F304 is the general-purpose stainless and costs less. For anything exposed to salt air in the UAE, F316 is usually the right specification.
Do you stock F316L as well as F316?
Yes. The L grades are low carbon, which reduces carbide precipitation at the weld and matters where the flange will be welded and then exposed to a corrosive medium. We hold F304L and F316L alongside the standard grades in the common sizes.
Can you supply material test certificates for stainless flanges?
Tell us on the enquiry and we will confirm what documentation comes with the batch before you order. Mill test certificates are available on most stainless lines, but we confirm it up front rather than after the material has arrived on site.
Do you hold duplex flanges?
Duplex F51 (2205) is held in the smaller sizes and classes and sourced above that. Duplex is specified where both strength and chloride resistance are needed — typically offshore and desalination work. Send the size and class and we will confirm.
Which gaskets should be used with stainless flanges?
Spiral wound with a 316 winding and graphite filler is the common choice for stainless raised-face joints. For lower duty, a PTFE or CNAF sheet gasket is often sufficient. We quote the gasket with the flange so the class and facing match.
